Billing Manager (Civil)

 Billing and Invoicing:

• Manage the billing process for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoices.
• Review work done and assess the corresponding payments, including verifying quantities and rates.
• Monitor and maintain billing records to ensure compliance with contract terms.

Quantity Surveying:

• Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and calculations from project drawings.
• Prepare and manage schedules of rates and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Perform quantification of project requirements, including materials, labor, and services, based on project drawings and specifications.
• Perform rate analysis for all construction activities to determine the unit cost for each work item
• Analysing the variations and extra items.
• Perform periodic site inspections to ensure correct quantities and quality are maintained.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
