Billing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire billing process from estimation to final invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects, including quantities, rates, and estimated costs.
• Conduct quantity surveys to estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing, invoicing, and payment collection.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering construction industry as a Billing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, quantity analysis, and quantity surveying principles.
• Excellent understanding of contract law and regulations governing the construction industry.
