Billing Manager

Responsible for overseeing the full Order-to-Cash cycle, the O2C Manager ensures efficient, accurate, and timely billing processes. The role works closely with clients and cross-functional teams to meet contractual and financial requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the O2C team (60+ team members), ensuring efficient execution of billing processes
• Monitor and improve key O2C KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy, and effectiveness
• Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within the O2C cycle
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure alignment on customer contracts and revenue recognition
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Support ERP system migrations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
• Advanced English.
