Job Description

• Lead a high-performing billing team, ensuring critical processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements and operational best practice across the function.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery, streamline workflows and support business objectives.
• Oversee billing, receipting, reconciliations and revenue-related activities within a complex operational environment.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Support business change initiatives, including process transformation and system improvement projects.

• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume operational environment
• Strong systems capability and confidence working with complex platforms
