Billing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Responsible for analyzing the department’s financial data and taking the lead in coordinating finance-related matters.
2. Accounting Management: Responsible for managing and controlling accounting processes, including the posting, clearing, and adjustment of revenue and costs, to ensure compliance. Conduct regular account reconciliations and reviews, and verify customer billing records for the department.
3. Overdue Payment and Accounts Receivable Management: Implement the company’s credit control and overdue payment management requirements. Monitor accounts receivable trends and establish tiered, dynamic early-warning mechanisms. Manage overdue payment collection and accounts receivable, track customer payment progress, and manage customer advance payments/deposits.
4. Coordination with Headquarters and Regional Finance Teams: Liaise with Headquarters’ Credit Control, AR, and Finance teams to implement AR policies and payment collection requirements. Coordinate with the Asia Pacific Finance team on KPI tracking and related initiatives. Participate in finance digitalization and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
5. Other Responsibilities: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and verifying financial data. Perform other ad hoc finance-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Academic Background: Major in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, or other related disciplines.
3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant finance experience. Experience in the telecommunications industry or with telecom operators is preferred. Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.

5. Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
6. Proficient in financial ERP systems.
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
8. Practical experience in multi-currency accounting, foreign exchange gain/loss accounting.
9. Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, because the candidate needs to liaise with English and Chinese Speaking stakeholders
