Billing Officer - Airfreight

Our Client:

• UP $3200 Basic + AWS
• 1Y Contract - Renewable & Convertible based on business requirements & performance

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate updating of shipment costs and sales in CW1, timely invoicing per KPIs, and proper handling of vendor/intercompany invoices including dispute resolution.
• Liaise and follow up with stakeholders (subcontractors, shipping lines, agents, customers, and overseas offices), manage invoice queries, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Adhere to SOPs, global standards, and corporate policies while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and timely submission of billing reports and documentation.
• Monitor completion status of files, escalate issues when needed, support team members, contribute to projects, and mentor new staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Maritime Business
• No experience is welcome, training will be provided
• Singaporeans only
