Billing Officer

(1)  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.

(2)  2–5 years of relevant experience in project billing or similar roles.

(3)  Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, power or renewable energy projects is preferred.

(4)  Familiar with Progress Billing, Payment Application, IPC and supporting documentation.

(5)  Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

(6)  Good English communication skills, particularly in written communication.

(7)  Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.

(8)  Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.

(9)  Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, Employer and other external parties.

(10)    Must be locally residing in Pililla, Rizal
