Billing Officer

Role Description The Billing Officer role at Déploie tes Elles 14 is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The Billing Officer is responsible for preparing and issuing accurate invoices, monitoring billing cycles, and ensuring timely payments from clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include verifying billing data, updating billing systems, reconciling accounts, and addressing billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The role also involves collaborating with finance and operations teams, maintaining organized records, and supporting continuous improvement of billing processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of billing operations, including Billing Process and Invoicing.
• Experience working with Billing Systems and related digital tools.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Foundational understanding of Finance and basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration is preferred; relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
