Billing Officer (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Billing processes ensuring smooth flow of activities
• Coordinating and working closely with Finance (AR) Team as part of DSO continuous improvement project with highlight on reducing billing process lead time, reducing unbilled under ship & bill/contract service/project, reducing bad debt and collecting more from customers.
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
• Ensure effective and strong collaboration with different stakeholders and parties.
• Identify and drive process efficiencies by collaborating with the stakeholder and leverage existing global technologies for enhancement and automation
• Excellent understanding of tax regulation and documentation

Requirement:

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Management major is preferred
• Experienced and understanding of CBC (credit, billing and collections) processes in a multi-national corporation.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Billing and Invoicing
• Knowledge of Indonesia billing requirements and common practices
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP financial processes.
• Having advanced Excel skills, other software skills such as Power BI, MS Access, etc will be plus
