Billing Officer / Executive

• Prepare and issue Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
• Verify Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), pricing and customer information.
• Handle invoicing matters and requests from customers and the Sales Team.
• Assist the Accounts Department with reconciliation and document filing.
• Arrange transportation for the delivery.
• Ensure all invoicing information and supporting documents are accurate and complete.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates with experience in Invoicing, Administration or Accounts are preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer operations.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in the automotive / auto parts industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates aged 35 and below are preferred.
