Billing Processor/Assistant - Kalawaan Pasig City

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Billing Specialist to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate must have billing and invoicing knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares invoices based on the submitted billing reports.
• Reviews various billing system reports to identify billing discrepancies. Makes corrections as appropriate to ensure accurate billing following standard operating procedures.
• Assists and resolves billing concerns
• Prepare, maintain, and send the following reports based on the transactions processed for the month.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Billing and Invoicing knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic Accounting and Math Skills
• With knowledge in excel formulas
• Attention to detail
• Willing to be assigned in Kalawan, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
