Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQs and contract documents.
• Preparation of agreements.
• Preparation of work order.
• Negotiation of rates.
• Vendor selection.
• Reconciliation of materials and preparing and checking of bills.
• Checking of deviation in the bills.
• Amendment of any scope of work.
• Take part in Techno-Commercial discussions.
• Making competitive statement of different vendors.
• Should have knowledge of costing including base rate as per the industry standards.

Those who have QS, Billing & Contract 10 years experienced from Real Estate company
