We are looking for a Billing Solutions Supervisor to join our team!

Summary:

Supervise team in alignment with established best practices to reach desired outcomes of successful and timely premium collection, an outstanding customer experience and quality performance. Monitor, guide and approve work of team members.

A typical day will include the following:

Encourage and Be Active in Stewardship and Community Service Participation.

Monitor Aging Receivables and Customer Concerns.

Respond to Voice of the Customer Cases.

Manage Talent and through Effective Leadership; Vision Communication,

Strategic Planning, Project Management, Hiring, Coaching, Development,

Discipline, Personal Interaction, and Performance Evaluations.
Direct and Guide Service Delivery of Team Members.
Manage Talent and through Hiring, Coaching, Development, Discipline, Personal Interaction, and Performance Evaluations.

Qualifications:

Minimum High school diploma.
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Proficient excel skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
