Employment Type: Project-based 5 months duration

Shift: Night Shift / US Business Hours

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist (AR experience) to manage invoice auditing, contract reviews, order processing, and revenue reconciliation for our SaaS and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice & Order Management: Review contracts, process sales orders, and manage billing for SaaS products, integrated hardware, and resident utility accounts (RUBS).
• Reconciliation: Match hardware shipments with subscription activations and process credits, rebills, and account adjustments.
• Client & Internal Support: Resolve billing queries, explain policies to clients, and collaborate across departments.
• Financial Close: Assist with mid-month and month-end close duties and maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2+ years in Revenue Cycle or Billing (SaaS/finance background preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with Salesforce or MS Access is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with high-transaction environments and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606).
• Shift: Ability to work night shifts / graveyard schedule aligning with US operations.
