Lake Appliance Repair is seeking a Billing Specialist to add to our growing team.

We are one of the largest privately held appliance repair companies, and we want you to join us! We provide professional in-home repair on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more.

Job Duties

A billing specialist ensures accurate invoicing and payment processing by validating warranties, managing A/R accounts, and coordinating with customers and vendors. Strong attention to detail and organization are key to success in this role.

• Validate warranty and coverage
• Close out 80-100 jobs per day
• Manage 6 A/R accounts, keeping them aged under 30 days
• Emailing customer invoices, sometimes in various formats
• Exceed customer and vendor expectations
• Correct spelling, punctuation, and verbiage prior to emailing customer invoices

qualifications

Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions. The ideal candidate has prior billing experience and a customer-focused mindset to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolutions.

• 2 years of previous billing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to provide the best customer service in town
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.
