About the role
The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting operational and financial processes by ensuring accurate validation, reconciliation, consolidation, and submission of billing-related reports and documents. The role ensures data integrity, timely billing submissions, and proper coordination between Operations, Finance, and Account Owners to support efficient billing and client servicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in billing, finance operations, logistics operations, or administrative support roles
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, reconciliation, validation, and documentation control
- Experience in handling supplier billing files, progressive reports, and financial validations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply
