Billing Specialist

The Finance Analyst will work closely with the Client Finance Managers whose overall accountabilities are to properly manage and report Snow’s financial accounting and reporting requirements to Omnicom: Snow Finance Department, Snow Executive Leadership Team, OHG Finance Team, OHG Shared Services Team, and DAS Finance.

This individual will possess leadership skills along with a commitment to a team approach and the ability to achieve tight deadlines while taking initiative on multiple projects. The Finance Analyst will support the Client Finance Managers with monthly billing. This individual will demonstrate creative critical thinking skills to develop and recommend solutions for problems or situations.

The Finance Analyst must have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and project management principles, and their relevance to Snow as they will support the Client Finance Manager’s responsibilities.

Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the Finance Analyst, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Finance Analyst must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.

Experience with D365 and/or billing is desireable.

Responsibilities:

The Finance Analyst must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:

• Report to Assistant Controller and assist the Client Finance Managers

• Pull monthly billing reports and review for accuracy

• Work with accelerated timelines and hard stop deadlines

• Work closely with the assigned account team to manage financial requests

• Must be able to escalate internally if deadlines are not being met

• Comply with audit requirements provided by internal shared services

• Process transfers and client monthly invoices

Requeriments:

• Advanced conversational English
• 3–5 years of experience in Billing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365
• Experience working in international environments
