Billing Specialist

Responsible for all WW Billing Activities, timely invoice delivery, Sales Operations, Renewals and Professional Services team coordination

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoices are generated in line with customer PO s, Statement of Work, legal addendums.
• Invoices are generated timely and distributed within 24 hours to customers and partners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, PS, upfront and renewals sales operations on invoicing requirements.
• Audit of invoicing to sales orders in Oracle and NetSuite to ensure no dollars are missed
• Process and audit credit memos packages, ensure Corporate Signature Matrix is followed.
• Support both internal and external audit reviews.
• Participate in ERP system enhancements, including detailed testing, coordination with IT and cross-functional teams, revenue.
• Support special projects, as appropriate
• Support month-end and quarter-end work duties, along with extended hours work hours as needed to support the business
• Timely Account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree and or equivalent work experience, 6 years minimum
• Strong business understanding of the quote-to-cash process, key focus on billing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good basic accounting experience
• Proven work experience in Billing
• Hi-tech industry work experience preferred
• Netsuite and Salesforce experience
• Moderate to advance excel skills
