What they need
- Invoicing: Generate and send clear, correct bills or invoices to clients using electronic or manual methods.
- Data Verification: Check hours worked, rates, orders, and service records before sending invoices.
- Record Keeping: Update customer files, master lists, and accounting software with new transactions and payments.
- Dispute Resolution: Fix billing errors, adjust incorrect charges, and answer customer questions regarding statements.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor due dates, track late payments, and assist with collection follow-ups.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
