Billing Staff

• Prepare billing invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Gather necessary documents to support billing invoices as required by customers.
• Coordinate with departments/teams to resolve billing‑related issues.
• Record credit memos and debit memos with applicable taxes.
• Validate requests for chargebacks, disputes, claims, and other billing adjustments.
• Coordinate with customers regarding billing disputes and issues.
• Work with claims team on claims transactions affecting customer billing.
• Coordinate with accounting for intercompany charges, asset disposal, and non‑trade transactions.
• Assist collections team in reconciling receivable subsidiary ledgers vs. general ledger.
• Provide inputs for periodic reports prepared by the Billing Lead.
• Support audit requirements and execute management actions related to billing.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Billing Lead.
