Billing Staff

Timekeeping & Attendance Management:

· Collect, review, and verify employee Daily Time Records (DTRs) to ensure accurate attendance tracking.

· Monitor absences, overtime, and leave credits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Payroll Processing & Computation:

· Calculate employee wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits in accordance with labor laws and company policies.

· Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries through cash, ATM, or payroll account cards.

· Assist security personnel in payroll account/ATM card applications for seamless salary processing.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

· Ensure adherence to DOLE regulations and other labor laws regarding wages, benefits, and payroll processes.

· Maintain confidential and organized payroll records, ensuring audit readiness.

· Prepare and submit mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax deductions) accurately and on time.

Employee Support & Payroll Assistance:

· Address employee concerns regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures, ensuring employees understand their earnings and deductions.

Other Duties:

Perform additional payroll-related tasks as directed by the supervisor or management

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
