Billing staff

* Operate the POS system and prepare customer bills accurately.

* Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.

* Handle cash and maintain accurate cash records.

* Verify orders, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.

* Issue bills and receipts to customers.

* Handle bill cancellations, refunds, and corrections as per company policy.

* Monitor daily stock levels of food items, beverages, packaging materials, and other café supplies.

* Record stock received, issued, and available quantities.

* Inform the concerned person/management when stock levels are low or replenishment is required.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and service team regarding orders and stock availability.

* Maintain daily sales, billing, and payment records.

* Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of each shift.

* Prepare and submit daily sales and billing reports.

* Coordinate with the office accounts team regarding sales, cash collections, payment records, invoices, and discrepancies.

* Share required billing, sales, and stock-related information with the accounts team on time.

* Report any billing, payment, or stock discrepancies to the management.

* Maintain proper records and documentation related to billing and stock.

* Ensure the billing counter and work area are clean and organized.

* Follow café procedures, cash-handling guidelines, and company policies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
