Role Description The Billing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily billing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies. This role includes supervising billing staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training to maintain high-quality standards. The Billing Supervisor will review and approve invoices, track billing cycles, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize the revenue cycle. The role also involves analyzing billing data, preparing reports, recommending process improvements, and supporting audits and internal controls. The Billing Supervisor is expected to maintain clear documentation, uphold customer service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in billing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in billing process and invoicing, with experience managing end-to-end billing workflows.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and related financial controls, preferably in a service or outsourcing environment.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in billing or ERP software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within billing, finance, or shared services is highly beneficial.
