Yakshna Solutions, Inc . is seeking a highly qualified Billing Technician to join our dynamic team on the Comptroller IT Support (CITS) program at Vandenberg AFB, California. The CITS program is responsible for managing payroll in the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS).

Qualifications Required

• Validate JOCAS bills submitted to DFAS bills processed.
• Reconcile bills/pull processed bills when billing posted errors are identified, work to correct with DFAS.
• Work with JOCAS team/RBA team to resolve billing errors.
• Quality assurance validation on customer line of accounting.
• Pull CRIS and Gross Order reports. Research old pending bills that didn't systematically process. Submit bills to DFAS to post once bill is corrected.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 1-3 Years of professional level experience in the field or in a related area, or equivalent training and experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications Desired

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration Business Administration or Finance or related discipline.
• Experience working with Government Entity is desired but not required.

Location: Vandenberg, AFB, CA (Onsite)

Status: Full-time, Contract
