Billing/Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify gas bills, invoices and customer accounts.
• Review meter readings and apply applicable gas tariffs.
• Reconcile billing records, customer ledgers and payments.
• Analyze gas consumption and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Handle billing queries and coordinate corrections where required.
• Coordinate with finance, operations and commercial departments.
• Maintain complete billing and accounts documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of practical billing or accounts experience.
• Gas-billing experience will be strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tariffs, meter readings and billing calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software and billing systems.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, computer, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience relevant to the advertised position.
• Gas, energy or utility-sector experience will be preferred where applicable.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with less than the required experience will not be considered.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
