Billing/Insurance Coordinator

Cook Orthodontics, with locations in Sandy, Roosevelt and (soon to be) Lehi is looking for a billing/insurance coordinator.

Our office is open 3-5 business days each week. Our schedule is setup at least six months in advance. However, we have flexible schedules that can allow you to come in on days of the week that are most convenient for you. In this role, we would anticipate you working approximately 25-35 hours per week.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Attain insurance verification and eligibility for each patient
• Enter insurance benefits for each patient into practice management software
• Follow up with patients regarding billing questions/issues
• Setup financial payment plans for patients
• Assist at the front desk, as needed, with answering phones, checking patients in/out

You will be required to possess the following:

• Extreme detail orientation and comfort working independently.
• Two (2) of more years of practical experience (preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Very professional appearance.
• Orthodontic/Dental office experience highly Preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
