About the role:
Core Responsibilities
● Invoice Generation: Create and issue accurate freight bills based on rate confirmation sheets and contracts.
● Paperwork Verification: Review driver trip sheets, Bills of Lading (BOL), and proof of delivery (POD) documents for accuracy.
● Payment Posting: Record incoming payments from customers and third-party freight brokers into the accounting system.
● Collections & Disputes: Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with brokers or shippers.
● Driver Coordination: Work closely with drivers and dispatchers to missing paperwork required for immediate billing.
Work Arrangement: Homebased
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am- 5pm PHT
Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
