Billing/MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MIS & Billing Executive with strong Advanced Excel knowledge to manage operational data, billing, collections, and vendor payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
• Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other formulas.
• Prepare, verify, and track bills and invoices, ensuring timely submission.
• Maintain collection records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Track vendor bills, payment due dates, approvals, and pending payments.
• Perform data reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams for timely reporting and payments.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, billing, or accounts support.
• Expert-level Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
