Job Title: QS Engineer / Billing Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills.
- Perform quantity estimation, measurement, and BOQ preparation as per approved drawings.
- Verify quantities of civil works executed at the site.
- Monitor project costs, maintain billing records, and prepare quantity reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and the accounts team for billing and payment certification.
- Check variations, extra items, and deviations against approved BOQ and drawings.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience in real estate group housing projects.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
