Billingual Property Manager

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Administrator to help keep our community running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations, assist residents, and help our team create a positive, efficient environment.

What you’ll do:

• Greet residents and visitors with great customer service
• Answer phones, manage the front office, and schedule appointments
• Help plan resident events and community activities
• Assist with leasing files, applications, and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and contractors
• Keep accurate records
• Support HR tasks like onboarding and organizing employee files
• Track budgets, expenses, and prepare simple reports
• Keep office supplies and documents organized and easy to access

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in office administration
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with google sheets, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• A team player who stays calm and professional in a busy environment
