Responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly in person in aside residential areas and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate wireless devices, highlighting features and benefits to encourage product understanding and interest
• Assist customers with sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Upsell additional products or services by effectively communicating value propositions to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and guiding customers through the purchasing process with professional etiquette

Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales preferably within wireless or electronics environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
• Supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in team collaboration.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and required to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while emphasizing key features for upselling opportunities
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
