BIM Architect (4-10 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-based architectural design, modeling, documentation, and coordination for multiple projects.
• Develop and implement BEP, BIM standards, workflows, LOD/LOI, and project protocols.
• Preparation of BIM LOD Models as per drawings and managing team of BIM Architects & Engg. For preparing models & coordination with drawings, checking clash coordination.
• Estimating quantities from the BIM models for Arch / Structure / Finishing / MEP.
• Extract quantities for Architectural, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works from BIM models.
• Review drawings, models, families, sheets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on BIM requirements.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and good knowledge of Navisworks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural documentation software.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, LOD/LOI, BEP, and BIM standards.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and quantity extraction.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and building construction.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
