Bim Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare architectural construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Produce and manage architectural sheet sets for design development, tender, and GFC (Good for Construction) stages.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company guidelines.
• Support quantity take-offs, schedules, and documentation from the BIM model.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Maintain model quality, accuracy, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred / Added Advantages

• Experience in interior modeling and documentation.
• Knowledge of landscape modeling.
• Basic understanding of structural modeling (added advantage).
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection is desirable.
