Bim Architect

• Lead and manage the BIM Architectural team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project outputs.
• Manage BIM projects from concept design, design development and detailed design through construction documentation.
• Lead the development and coordination of Revit Architecture BIM models, drawings, families and documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP and other disciplines, identifying and resolving design conflicts.
• Conduct BIM model reviews, clash detection and coordination using Revit, Navisworks and other BIM platforms.
• Establish and monitor BIM standards, BEP, LOD, modelling protocols, naming conventions and quality-control procedures.
• Review and approve BIM models, drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Clients on BIM-related technical matters.
• Allocate work, monitor team performance and ensure effective resource planning and project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Architects, BIM Modelers and junior team members.
• Identify BIM-related technical issues and provide practical design and coordination solutions to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, architectural design requirements, BIM execution plans and applicable codes.
• Prepare and review BIM deliverables, coordination reports, model health reports and project documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards and digital project-delivery processes.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 10+ years of relevant experience in BIM Architecture and architectural consultancy.
• Proven experience as a BIM Architect / BIM Team Leader / BIM Coordinator in large-scale architecture, infrastructure, commercial or government projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and Navisworks with hands-on BIM project delivery experience.
• Good knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, model coordination, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in leading and mentoring BIM teams, allocating work and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, construction documentation and technical coordination.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Architects, Structural/MEP Engineers, Consultants, Clients and Project Management teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and team-management skills with attention to quality, accuracy and project timelines.
• Candidates currently based in Delhi/NCR, preferably South Delhi / Chhatarpur / Vasant Kunj / Saket, will be preferred.
