BIM Architect

• 10+ years of relevant experience in an Architecture / Design / Consultancy firm.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, LOD, BEP and multidisciplinary integration.
• Strong architectural detailing, documentation and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team-management abilities.
• Lead and manage BIM-based architectural projects from concept/design development through construction documentation.
• Develop and manage detailed Revit Architecture models, drawings, families, and documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design/interface clashes.
• Conduct BIM coordination, model reviews, clash detection, and quality control using Navisworks and related BIM tools.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, LOD, BEP, naming conventions, and modelling protocols.
• Review drawings/models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior BIM Architects/Architects and support the implementation of BIM best practices.
