BIM Assistant (Ref.: BIM/22/578)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for creating, amending and maintaining BIM models for different disciplines;
• Modify drawings for necessary project updates;
• Monitor the site progress and BIM model quality;
• Coordinate with different parties for supporting BIM works;
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate above in Civil/ Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical/ Mechanical or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years or above work experience in BIM;
• Familiar in using BIM tools and AutoCAD is a must;
• Completion of BIM professional certificate / training courses from technical institute(s) or software companies
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
