BIM Assistant (Ref.: BIM/22/591)

Job Duties:

• Assist engineers in developing BIM models for design review.

• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and simulation videos for clients.

• Monitor the progress of BIM works and BIM model quality;

• Coordinate with different parties for supporting BIM works;

• Apply innovative technologies and industry trends to BIM workflows.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate above in Civil/ Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical/ Mechanical or related disciplines;

• Holder of a CCBC qualification or equivalent BIM-related certification.

• Minimum 3 years or above work experience in BIM;

• Familiar in using BIM software and tools, experience with Fuzor or other rendering or visualisation software is preferred;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
