Job Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time hybrid BIM Coordinator (Civil / Infrastructure) role based in Hong Kong SAR, with partial remote working available
• The role is responsible for coordinating BIM workflows, managing BIM deliverables, reviewing BIM models, and facilitating collaboration between project design and construction teams.
• The BIM Coordinator will focus primarily on civil and infrastructure projects and work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors and internal BIM teams to maintain project efficiency, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• The role also involves coordinating and reviewing BIM modelling works, monitoring project timelines and submission schedules, following up outstanding BIM issues, and providing progress updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant BIM coordination experience in civil, infrastructure or construction projects; experience with roads, drainage, utilities, site formation or related works is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BIM coordination, model management, clash detection, BIM QA/QC and maintaining model integrity.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is highly preferred. Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fuzor or Synchro is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• CIC Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience coordinating BIM Modellers or BIM Engineers, particularly during construction or as-built stages, is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
