BIM Coordinator

About the role

A BIM Modeler / Coordinator is required for the renovation project to support BIM implementation, model production, multidisciplinary coordination, and drawing delivery for a complex mission-critical environment, on the main contractor side.

What You'll be Doing

• Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models, drawings, schedules, and related digital information for architectural, structural, and MEP works
• Support BIM coordination across consultants, contractors, specialist subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Assist in model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue tracking
• Produce drawings, plans, sections, details, schedules, and submission information from BIM models
• Ensure model content, data structure, and outputs comply with project BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions
• Update models and drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination comments
• Maintain accurate version control, file management, and cloud/common data environment records
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving interface conflicts among disciplines
• Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM execution requirements and project digital delivery objectives
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, project managers, and site teams on model accuracy and drawing requirements
• Carry out model checking, drawing quality control, and routine data cleanup.
• Assist in preparing as-built models and final project information for handover.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, building services, construction, surveying, or related discipline
• Relevant BIM project experience in construction, fitting-out, building services, or renovation works
• Practical hands-on experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM software
• Familiarity with BIM standards, model coordination procedures, drawing production, and document control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical submissions, and consultant information
• Good coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary project teams
• Able to work independently while meeting programme deadlines and quality requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English

Preferred

• Experience in data centre, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive projects
• Experience in renovation, A&A works, or brownfield upgrades
