What they need
- Collaborate and coordinate with clients and other professionals;
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and workshops with architects, engineers (structural, MEP), consultants, contractors and clients;
- 3D/4D/ BIM modelling and visualisation/animation/rendering;
- 2D/3D drawing production in BIM;
- Experience in using Civil 3D & Revit & Fuzor & Primor Pro;
- Using laser scanner & 3D model with drone**;**
- Collaborate with partners, software developers, clients.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Higher diploma holder in architecture, structure, engineering, building services or a related discipline;
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in BIM modeling and coordination for construction projects;
CIC Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) certification is a must; MHKIBIM membership/certification is an advantage;
Strong time-management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
Excellent in written and spoken in English and Chinese;
Immediately available is highly preferred.
