Role Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple large-scale architectural projects.

The role focuses on BIM coordination across all project phases, ensuring structured information management, model quality and consistent collaboration between disciplines.

The BIM Coordinator will operate Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and support BIM processes in alignment with AETER’s standards and execution plans, working closely with the BIM Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM implementation across multiple projects
• Set up and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments
• Perform clash detection and support issue resolution
• Conduct BIM model QA/QC checks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Track BIM issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows
• Prepare coordinated models for reviews and submissions
• Support complex modelling tasks where required
• Assist in the creation and management of parametric families

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with Navisworks or similar tools
• Good understanding of BIM workflows in design projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent in Greek and English
