BIM Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and digital engineering deliverables for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Manage model federation and coordination.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate clash resolution.
• Review models for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate Civil 3D, Revit and other discipline models.
• Maintain BIM coordination and clash registers.
• Support implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
• Coordinate model exchanges between disciplines.
• Produce clash and coordination reports.
• Ensure correct model coordinates, naming conventions and structures.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with CAD teams.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Support client BIM submissions.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, BIM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Infrastructure/roads experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
