Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator with hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating BIM models, identifying clashes, preparing drawings, and ensuring smooth coordination between different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit.
• Perform BIM coordination across different disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design/model clashes using Navisworks.
• Prepare and update shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to resolve modelling issues.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support project teams with model updates, documentation, and quantity-related requirements.
• Follow BIM standards, modelling guidelines, and project deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Revit.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Experience in BIM Modelling & Coordination.
• Understanding of shop/construction drawings.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to work with project and engineering teams.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Candidate Profile:

• 10 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Candidates with hands-on project experience in BIM modelling and coordination will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates who can independently handle BIM-related project deliverables are preferred.
