BIM Coordinator – Architectural & Interior Design

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong Architectural and Interior Design background. The candidate must be a hands-on BIM professional with strong Revit skills, shop drawing experience, multidisciplinary coordination capability, and the ability to guide BIM modeling teams.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of BIM industry experience.
• Strong Architectural & Interior Design knowledge and construction detailing experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience in Revit BIM modelling.
• Proven experience with LOD 350, LOD 400 & LOD 500.
• COBie experience required.
• Strong experience preparing Architectural & Interior Design shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
• Strong ability to read, review, and compare IFC drawings/models with BIM models and identify discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Experience preparing and reviewing clash detection and coordination reports using Navisworks.
• Ability to guide, monitor, and coordinate BIM Modelers and ensure modelling quality and timely delivery.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is required.
• Ability to use Dynamo for Revit for automation, data management, and QA/QC.
• Experience in large-scale fit-out, hospitality, residential, or complex building projects is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

The ideal candidate must be a hands-on BIM Coordinator capable of modelling, preparing shop drawings, reviewing IFC information, coordinating disciplines, managing clashes, preparing coordination reports, performing BIM QA/QC, and guiding the BIM team.
