What they need
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update BIM models based on project drawings and specifications
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E models to identify and resolve design clashes
- Perform clash detection and prepare BIM coordination reports using Navisworks
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure effective BIM coordination
- Ensure BIM models are updated according to the latest drawings and site requirements
- Assist in preparing coordinated drawings and as-built models where required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant BIM experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Experience in data centre projects will be an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
