BIM COORDINATOR

• Model Management - Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, maintain federated models and ensure compliance with project standards, naming conventions and coordinate systems.
• Clash Detection & Tracking - Identify, classify, assign and track clashes until full resolution.
• Coordination Meetings - Prepare clash reports, screenshots and action lists for coordination sessions.
• MEP & System Coordination - Coordinate critical MEP systems (electrical, UPS, generators, cooling, fire protection) and specialist equipment interfaces.
• Site Support - Provide coordinated model views, shop drawings and sections to support on-site construction.
• Progress & Risk Reporting - Track model progress, outstanding clashes and coordination risks regularly.
• Revision Control - Ensure all model revisions and information exchanges remain fully traceable.
• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination - Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in data centre projects.
• Proficient in BIM coordination tools.
• Experience in clash detection, federated model management, and clash resolution tracking.
• Familiar with BIM standards, naming conventions, coordinate systems, and revision control.
• Ability to prepare clash reports, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and model views.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Able to liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• BIM Competency Certificate is an added advantage or required, depending on project requirements.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
