Bim Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination activities across multidisciplinary projects. The role requires strong expertise in Revit modelling, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), federated model management, clash detection, issue resolution, and implementation of BIM workflows in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support project teams in BIM modelling, model quality control, and adherence to BIM standards.
• Configure and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, permissions, workflows, and coordination spaces.
• Implement and monitor BIM processes in accordance with the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Create, maintain, and manage federated models for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Perform clash detection and constructability reviews using ACC Model Coordination and Navisworks Manage.
• Create, assign, monitor, and close coordination issues & RFIs through ACC and Navisworks workflows.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and drive resolution of design and construction-related issues.
• Track model submissions, design reviews, clash status, issue progress, and coordination KPIs.
• Generate clash reports, issue logs, model review reports, and coordination dashboards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, naming conventions, and data requirements.
• Support BIM governance, standardization initiatives, and digital project delivery across projects.
