BIM Coordinator – Construction / High-Rise Projects

Integra Prime Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and supporting project teams throughout the construction stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions with relevant disciplines.
• Review and manage federated models and BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate with site, technical, consultant, subcontractor, and design teams.
• Ensure models are updated according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Support shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built BIM documentation.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and follow up on technical issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and project documentation.
• Prepare and manage clash detection reports using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BEP and client/consultant requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• High-rise building experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience with a Main Contractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of BIM coordination between Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, RFIs and site coordination.
• Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
