Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM, with at least 5 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar coordination role.
• Strong experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) BIM coordination.
• Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or similar construction projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, workflows, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Familiar with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE), and BIM deliverable requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM activities among CSA engineers, architects, designers, and other disciplines, including MEP.
• Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct model coordination and clash detection between CSA and other disciplines using relevant BIM software.
• Identify, track, and coordinate the resolution of design clashes and model coordination issues.
• Manage model updates and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM deliverables.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of BIM coordination reports, clash reports, model review records, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modelers and project team members.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate coordination issues and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
