BIM Coordinator Engineer

For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

BIM Coordinator Engineer (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

• The Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven BIM experience, preferably in multi-disciplinary and transportation projects. Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Dynamo, Revit API, Navisworks API, ACC, and AutoCAD, with a deep understanding of BIM workflows and standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and data integrity.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and generate detailed clash reports for review and resolution.
• Ensure consistent naming conventions, parameters, templates, and model organization across all project teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to design teams on BIM workflows, shared coordinates, and linked model management.
• Initiate, create, and modify Revit families in line with project-specific requirements and standards.
• Support continuous improvement by implementing BIM innovations and automation scripts (Dynamo, API-based solutions)
• Strong background in project coordination across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring model consistency and alignment.
  Hands-on experience in work-sharing, linked models, and advanced BIM workflows, including model federation and coordination.
• A professional approach to project documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables to support multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, Revit API, Navisworks API, ACC, and AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent) and model data management principles.
• Proven ability to deliver clash-free, quality audited and coordinated models across multiple trades
• Experience in BIM model auditing, automation, and scripting for improved workflows.
• Certification in Autodesk Revit/BIM Management is a plus.
